The following descriptions represent projects that our president Daniel A. Kelley, Member, QCServices, LLC was involved in. These project span from 1981 until 2001 at which time he closed Quality Services, Inc and became a member of QCServices, LLC. During the time described Daniel A. Kelley was also president and principal shareholder of D. A. Kelley Co., LTD (d.b.a.: Kel-Mat Corporation / Avis Engineering Inc.). These projects only represent major modern multi-media communication systems that have a campus type environment.

Senior Project Engineer charge of providing the System Planning, Engineering, Design and Installation Specification for two manufacturing plant facilities involving RF Broadband Cabling Systems and LAN interconnecting equipment for a multi-host environment. One site was in Brownwood, Texas and the other one was in Guin, Alabama. These systems represented the pilot projects for a company wide cabling system plan, also provided the classroom instructions on the system designing and maintenance, which involved on-site certification performance testing.

ASEM (Central Medical Center of Puerto Rico)

Senior Project Engineer and Manager for premises wiring schemes which involved the Planning, Engineering, Design, Specification Writing, Turnkey Installations of Baseband Ethernet and Fiber Optic Distribution Systems. This work included wiring closets, CPU rooms, PBX rooms, conduit, underground facilities a dozen Hospitals on Campus environment, with additional involvement in providing on-site training to local representatives of ASEM This is the largest public hospital center in Puerto Rico.

With additional involvement in design and implementation of electronic surveillance of the remote wiring closets. It was the largest Token Ring manufacturing implementation at it's time.
